Welcome to 2020, take III. Every year has its unique set of challenges.
The last quarter of the year was busy. I sold (for a pittance) some old kit, did some work on the website and many other things. This part of the year normally brings nicer weather and is more conducive to good photography. Not so much this year.
But in December we took a two day break in our crazy schedule, explored around Taupo. Ate some awesome food, found a real art gallery and even had a break in the rain to finally visit Orakei Korako. The main geyser (still featured in all the brochures) has long dried up but there was plenty more there to photograph.
A variety of images as we emerge from a challenging Winter. I have been reviewing old photos (2000-2007) of late - and found a huge number of them do include people at various social events. Its just that what I put up here are the non-people images - landscapes, macro, interesting places, cars, buildings, sunsets, etc.
